Main Concept

This international conference is particularly as a joint cooperation between School of Business and Management-Institut Teknologi Bandung-Indonesia and Razak School of Engineering and Advanced Technology-Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and supported by Faculty of Economics, Business and Communication, Naresuan University-Thailand as a university partner. The conference has been scheduled to be held on in the 11 - 13 February 2015 in Bandung-West Java, Indonesia.

The scopes in this conference are very wide, involving Human Capital Management, Knowledge Management and Learning Organization whereas these areas are very important and crucial in order to create business competitiveness for many organizations in all over the world. The existence of HCM, KM and LO are the main drivers to convert all of organization capital to the high-performance people and organization competitiveness to counter the speed and robust of change in many aspects of organizations.

The main spirit of this international conference is to build the networking and relationship; sharing the knowledge and experiences among ASEAN universities, business organizations, research institutes/research centers and the governments as well (ABG). Therefore, we convince that this conference will produce many benefits to the attendants and presenters.

Bandung is the capital city of West Java, and the third largest city in Indonesia after Jakarta and Surabaya. Nicknamed Parijs van Java (Paris of Java) by the Dutch for its resemblance to Paris and European atmosphere back at the colonial times. Located at the altitude of 768 m with the surroundings of lush and beautiful Parahyangan mountains makes the climate mild and pleasant. Bandung also earned another nickname as Kota Kembang, literally meaning the Flower City since this city used to have a lot of flowers.

Bandung renowned as one of the most visited cities in Indonesia with its old streets, Dutch colonial style`s building, art activities, shopping area and culinary temptation. There were many buildings built in a classic Dutch colonial style during the late 18th and early 19th century. The locals referred to this time as the Bandoeng Tempo Doeloe (old Bandung) era. The art-deco style was very popular throughout the earlier half of the 20th century and the city and it is suburbs retain many fine examples of these architectural styles. Located on the Braga Street, these old buildings bring back the old memories, such as Gedung Merdeka, a memorable building for historical Asian-African Conference in 1955.
